Enter a world where the jungle floats on water and nature dictates the rules. The largest mangrove labyrinth in the Pacific – Sierpe-Terraba – will draw you into its mysterious world. The day starts at 6:30 a.m. on the beach in front of the Rancho Corcovado Hotel. You’ll board a boat and head out across winding waterways where every turn could be a scene from a National Geographic documentary. Watch the silent movements of crocodiles in the water, monkeys leaping through the branches and birds making the mangroves sing.
An experienced guide will take you deep into the stories of this unique ecosystem. And because adventure tastes better with a bite to eat, there will be delicious snacks – fresh fruit, cookies, a sandwich and refreshing drinks.
