Day 1: Jungle, adventure and a night in the wilderness
You’ll set sail from Drake Bay beach early in the morning for about an hour’s cruise along the coast. Along the way you may spot dolphins, sea turtles or even whales. Upon arrival at Sirena station, you will embark on the first part of the tour (about 3-4 hours), during which you will discover the beautiful nature and see wild animals such as tapirs, rhinos, monkeys, toucans, agoutis, snakes, wild pigs and many more.
After a delicious lunch, you can relax in the ranger station and recharge your batteries. In the afternoon, another hike awaits you (about 2.5 hours), which will take you even deeper into the heart of the rainforest. In the evening you will enjoy your dinner and after that you can relax by the sunset. At 20:00, the lights go out in the whole area – which is perfect for listening to the voices of the jungle in the heart of the wilderness.
Day 2: Early morning nature awakening and return
The day starts with an early morning hike as the jungle slowly wakes up and the animals are most active. After that you can expect a hearty breakfast and prepare for the final part of the trip – a three-hour walk across the untamed nature of Corcovado. After a final lunch at the station, you’ll set off on your return cruise to Drake Bay – full of experiences you’ll never forget.
